Optrel PAPR Softhood Short

The new NIOSH approved Optrel Softhood Short is the perfect solution for respiratory and face protection in dusty or dirty environments. The softhood (paired with the optrel e3000x) is based on the principle of over-pressure relative to the environment, and prevents contaminated air from entering the respiratory tract. It protects against dust and spray mist during various non-toxic operations and is fantastic for use in manufacturing, woodworking, food & pharmaceutical production, mining or agriculture.

Made of ultra-lightweight nylon fabric, the adjustable headgear fits easily and quickly to all head sizes, and the comfortable elastic band forms perfectly around the face. It’s wide angle clear visor with anti-fog coating ensures an unrestricted view at all times.

• The short softhood is ideal when the focus is on acoustic perception (as it does not cover the ears).
• The long softhood covers the entire neck and shoulder area in case of increased dust exposure.
